i have selected for walk-in interview of mphasis(non-voice) which held in BANGALORE. I submitted all my relevant documents and HR inform me that we inform you with in 10 days. later they inform you’re on hold as the positions are closed.
Please help me know what to do

If you are in ITO batch. I think you wil called by october 13th. Not sure, but this is what i heard. Now im in my training period as well.

I have no clue about your question, but what i know is that they told me salary hikes will be based on performance only.

Hari, How salary hikes are done in your company. Do you have ESOPS so from which grade they start ? What is hierarchy in you company. I’m asking all these as one my cousin got job in ur company
