Dont join mphasis Apps. Ask the HR about bench policy and notice period then make an informed decision. There is no money and there are no projects. 3 months on bench and your salary will be cut 50%. Be very careful.

hello everyone,
I have been placed in Mphasis an hp company.I had got my job before sem 7 results were out.i had never got any kt before sem 7 , but now i have one.i dont understand will the job stay or not…..somebody plzz help.
i am curretly studying and will be giving my sem8 in may.
also i have my doj in july2011.
plzz help me as i cant figure out wat to do since i m out of the crp also and cannot apply for any more companies on campus.

I have completed my technical and HR round in maphasis on feb 26th 2011 . they said 3 days will take to release offer but more than 42 days gone still i didnt get any one knw abt that?????

@ Pankaj I agree with you 100%. MphasiS is a great place to work..it is a progressive company and we get career options to grow within and over a long period of time. It’s no different than any other IT giants such as IBM or TCS. Having reached the $1b league one can confidently say that it will just get better and better.
